Locally owned and operated, the team behind Phoenix Comicon is known for following up with attendees after events and making improvements based on the response. "We heard your feedback", says Convention Director Matt Solberg, "and we're lowering prices while still providing an excellent experience".
Pricing for Fan Fest 2015 is not only lower, but also simplified. Rather than having multiple price increases in the months leading up to the convention, Fan Fest passes have a single price point before the show that raises slightly onsite. Full Event Memberships are $30 until December 3rd, then $35 onsite. Children 2 years old and younger are free to the event, and Sidekicks aged 3 to 12 are $5, regardless if purchased before or during the convention.
Hosting a pop culture and comic book convention at a venue normally associated with sporting events in the winter presents some opportunities unique to Fan Fest. Costume enthusiasts can take advantage of the cooler weather to display their talents. The outdoor space surrounding the Stadium will again feature activities for the whole family. Free parking is plentiful at the Stadium, and there is a variety of dining options available nearby at the Westgate Entertainment District.
Phoenix Comicon Fan Fest has again partnered with the Hampton Inn & Suites Glendale and the Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa to provide an option for staying close to the action all weekend long. Hotel rooms at the Hampton can be booked now by clicking here. Rooms at the Renaissance will be available soon.
Programming information and guest announcements will be announced in the next few months as Fan Fest approaches. For full pricing details, including passes for individual days, be sure to visit phoenixcomicon.com and click on Memberships. Plus don't forget, you can follow Phoenix Comicon on Facebook and Twitter.
