Pulp adventurer Mick Dacey has spent the majority of his life fighting crime, whenever, and wherever he can. But crime, just like the nature of time itself, is relative to those people around it. What is illegal today could easily be legal tomorrow, and vice-a-versa, yet Mick never thinks about such things. Simply put, he's a down-to-earth flat-footed incorruptible-cop, just doing his job the best way he knows how.
