WHAT DOES SPIDER-MAN EAT FOR BREAKFAST?

Some people say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. After all, it is you're first daily intake of nutrition, and used to keep you going for a good couple of hours. Don't just take my word for it, take Spider-Man's word for it too. Now wasn't that very interesting, dear reader? And while researching this subject myself, I've also come across the following ten facts about breakfast time.

1) The type of breakfast foods we are most likely to eat consists of wholegrain cereal (37%), toast with spread (32%), and porridge (27%).

2) It has been known that one in ten children skip breakfast, which can severely limit their ability to learn due to the lack of nutrients.

3) Talking about nutrients, children should be able to get one quarter of their daily nutrition at breakfast.

4) Research has shown that children who eat breakfast have healthier weights than children who don't.

5) On average there is about 14 hours between supper time and breakfast time the following morning.

6) The ideal breakfast should entail a high intake of carbohydrates, which are rich in nutrients and low in fat.

7) The ideal time to eat breakfast should be within two hours of waking up. 

8) Even though the most popular place to eat breakfast is in the home, quite recently there has been a trend to eat breakfast whilst on the move. 

9) The concept of breakfast didn't exist in most major cities until the mid to late 1800s. Before this time people thought of it as a quick snack, similar to dinner, comprising of leftovers like cheese, bread, or stewed grains. 

10) Meat and Fish were added to the breakfast mix in the late 1800s, and represented growing prosperity among the people.
