DETECTIVE COMICS #1000 GETS COVERED IN PRAISE

Jim Lee - Batman and Harley QuinnTo celebrate issue one thousand — I repeat, one thousand — of Detective Comics, DC have decided to turn Batman into a left-handed specialist in goat farming who’s addicted to cheese. Mainly, goat's cheese, otherwise known as halloumi, which will then be churned out into eighty-nine different spin-off titles, including Captain Albania, The Savage Smurf, She-Man, and Dolly Dilly Does Dallas. Ha! Only joking, folks, because, in all seriousness, DC Comics have decided to do something very special for this momentous occasion. In fact, it’s so God damn special, that I actually feel compelled to tell you something about it!
