Back in the day, when political satire was less cruel, sinister, and mean, there was an artist called Giles, Carl Giles, who managed to illustrate a series of silly yet smart sketches. In fact, his sketches were so smart, that they were eventually compiled on a yearly basis in order to continually showcase his work. Want to know more?
