Well, on the 14th of September, 2021, DC Comics will be releasing 'Batman: The World', which is a 184-page hardcover anthology featuring a series of stories starring the Dark Knight. Each story is set in a different country from across the globe (14 in total) and been written and illustrated by a talented creative team from the very same country. 

Now, the first story, entitled, 'Global City', is by Brian Azzarello (the writer) and Lee Bermejo (the artist), and begins with Batman reflecting about his life, fighting crime in Gotham, until he gradually looks beyond the bridges, the alleys, and the skyscrapers that surround him, and starts to realize that the call for justice knows no borders.
