MARVEL CELEBRATES THE RETURN OF THE PLANET OF THE APES WITH A SERIES OF VARIANT COVERS

From 1974 to 1977, Marvel Comics published a number of titles that focused on the popular film franchise, 'Planet of the Apes', some of which featured original stories written by authors such as Doug Moench ('Batman') and Gerry Conway ('The Punisher'). Now, the apes are back, and this time they're starring in a brand new 'Planet of the Apes' comic book series that Marvel is planning to release in early 2023.





So, to celebrate, a talented team of artists have been assembled by Marvel in order to illustrate an assortment of variant covers depicting their characters trapped on a world ruled by apes.
