Fans of the Belgian-born British actress, Audrey Hepburn, may like to know that a 176-page graphic novel chronicling her life and career has been published by NBM Graphic Novels. Simply titled, 'Audrey Hepburn', the book recounts her experiences during the Second World War and her rise in the entertainment industry. It also explores her numerous relationships and how Audrey's love of children led her to become a highly effective UNICEF ambassador. Her story was written by Michele Botton, illustrated by Dorilys Giacchetto, and includes a preface penned by Audrey's son, Luca Dotti. What now follows is an excerpt from the aforementioned graphic novel that I was kindly allowed to share. Please enjoy.
