Previously on Red Ghost: 500 years ago a warrior is betrayed and murdered in cold blood, leaving his dying ember to stain the soil throughout the ages. Eventually, however, the industrial revolution gives way to the digital age, and this results in a distant world coming to an end amidst a great war. Yet humanity is victorious, victorious despite the creatures from the red world making it impossible to generate electricity, and technology rusts away to nothing. It's only then, at that precise moment in time, that Lady Sadako met the warrior with no memories, Shingen, and he quickly joins her at her home, Det-Sen, which seeks to uncover the mysteries of the past, and maybe, just maybe, even deeper mysteries too.
