The late, great, Jerry Garcia was born on the 1st of August, 1942, in San Francisco, California, and he's probably best known for being the principal songwriter, the lead guitarist, and a vocalist for the rock band, the Grateful Dead. But did you know that before he became famous, Jerry experienced a number of terrible tragedies? This included ill health, a death in the family, and some of the regrettable events depicted in the following biographical comic book devoted to his life and career. It was written by Michael L.
