WILL EISNER: A COMICS BIOGRAPHY (PREVIEW)

Fans of Will Eisner may like to know that a 300-page graphic novel chronicling his life and career has been published by NBM Graphic Novels. Aptly titled, 'Will Eisner: A Comics Biography', the book explores his immigrant roots, his childhood in New York City, and his emergence as one of the first cartoonists working in the American comic book industry. It also recounts how he formed his own comic book studio and created the popular character, The Spirit. Will's story was co-written by Stephen Weiner and Dan Mazur, illustrated by Dan Mazur, and includes an afterword by Jeff Smith.
